Text of Complaint by Manoj Daraji:

Dear Sir,

I have a IDEA mobile number. Today I have received SMS that my outgoing facility will expire on 22/12/2018(today). As of now in my mobile I have balance of ₹85.22 and this is enough balance as I have recharge with unlimited validity plan earlier. I have tried to call IDEA customer care, but they said that I need to recharge with specific validity plan. If I will not do then my outgoing will stop today and income after some time till the balance will not to be 0 in my account.

This decision is not favourable for our countries people.

Please inform all the Telecom companies to withdraw back this decision. If this will be done then it good cause for society as in India lot of people are still using the basic 2G mobile.
