My duty is during night 9 to 4. So customers are not responding to calls and not available.asking for cancellation I am contacting customer care and cancelling order based on their request only. Agent also confirming that and I am returning order also this happened conincidently 4 times in 5 days then my I’d blocked .
What should I do is there any fault by me occurred I am delivering as per conditions right it’s night shift what do I do if they cancelled the order how I am responsible and penalized
