Hello…I had raise a complaint before few days that before 1 yr I had requested for icici lifetime free credit card but now I got a msg of due amount to pay because the bank gave me paid card even after requesting free card.
Since I never used that card I didn’t come to know before 1 yr and when now I got card pay due amount to pay.
I tried many many times to reach to customer executive but they simply put my call on hold and just keep on transferring my calls from one Dept to another.

Its so disappointing and pathetic service of icici bank and customer executive services.

I want to wave off the amount since its icici bank’s and customer executive’s mistake that they provided my paid card.

This is reflecting my credit history.
Icici bank give some response to your customers because while buying the service you explain of customer satisfaction but in return give only disappointments.

  1. Maine apka card ek bar bhi use ni kiya hai…even wo kho chuka hai….jb apke employe ne bola ki mentainence dena hoga 1600 to maine unko mna kr diya tha….fir card kho gya…ab ye mujhpe 5000 ka charge kis bat ka hai?

    To the knowledge of Leads.
    We would like to bring in to your notice regarding a Query on Credit card – KP Nagaraj – 4477  4770 5606  1001
    Above mentioned Credit card has been settled and closed on 30.4.2007 on discussion of below mentioned details in Ram nagar Branch – Coimbatore.
    Life Insurance plan of Rs.4842 was levied on April 24th 2006 without getting any confirmation from us.
    This query was asked with ICICI Customer care and informed to waiver that amount – they postponed it by saying already insurance generated you need to pay.
    But we were strong on it to waive as it was activated without our knowledge.
    As this was not done after many follow ups Decided to do the settlement and Paid Rs.30000 for the same and informed to close the card reducing the additional amount of Rs.8K+ Including Interest charges of insurance amount 
    Still after this communications closure not done in Bank and Month on month interested increased and its now 21600 which was continued 3 years after our surrender.
    And now for this 21600 we have been followed for more than 10 years on every year end and we explain all the details to all Customer care they say ok will check and close and no actions taken.
    This year we got Call first from a collection agent Madhu – Chennai Ambattur Branch on claiming same amount same history shared to him.
    But he was behaving in such a rude manner not interested to hear the customer history and act on it and even he doesn’t know the history of customer/ how long its pending/Statement anything he doesn’t know,.
    He repeatedly calling my wife  and speaking like irritating with all the nuisance communications when she stopped attending the call due to this continuous torcher after she said also she is working inside office don’t disturb me.
    Next some agent went home and we were not available at home that time he had enquired and scolded my nearby cousin and got my mother in law number and tortured her for payment and found my ofiice colleques number somewhere and have called those people and torchered which created many confusions in her office and she came mentally disturbed a lot.
    For no where these 3rd party peoples not related to this and this pathetic behavior is not at all acceptable every one got irritated and we have given complaint and raised legal complaint through lawyer.
    After raising complaint also Collection agent MAdhu torchering my wife after she said loud too I am not responsible to it but he is saying I will speak to you only as your number here I will not speak your husband. Is this the way a customer care will be trained.he gave a other number Preeji where he sin ot responding to calls too.9176302750 – Daily calling 100 times in different numbers to irritate us and made us to pay but not ready to act for the solution.
    We are not a default customer to treat such a worst manner. Request to take appropriate action on the collection Agents and to close this card to avoid further same incidents in future.Writing this mail in a peak of frustration If Women is not bold and collection people behaves like this sure they would take wrong decision in Frustration their way of speaking is in such a way.

    There is a lot of abusing and unparliamentary words he used which are all audio recorded in my mobile,
    if permit I will forward it to you.

    I am one of the very oldest account holders with your bank for the last 20 years and I was taken, housing loans, personnel loans, Automobile loans, and also my company account also with your bank in several years, you also can check with ICICI SR Nagar, Hyderabad branch about my past loan history.
    all the loans are cleared there are no dues except this credit card amount.

    Due to my health issue, it got a little late and for that, you have been charged a huge interest and late fee which I am ready to pay, but your bank collection agent does not have the right to use abuse/valgur/unparliamentary language with huge harassment, and given warning to me that going make license in my home with my family members & relatives, if really its happen I have to file harassment complaint in police station against him as well as the bank.

    I am requesting you to take action against this person immediately and update the status.
    otherwise, I may force to lodge a complaint with the respective authorities.
    Your outstanding dues will be cleared very shortly.
