Hi Team,
I wrongly ordered a product namely
Maybelline New York Super Stay Matte Ink Liquid Lipstick, Matte Finish, 5g – 15 Lover
1. However, I needed the different model of the same. So, I called and spoken to representative named “Wapas”. He told me its not possible since its unreturnable product. I told him I have ordered many hygiene products in the past and replaced it with the other still he is not ready to listen at all and not able to give proper justification. Since I wanted to esclate this to consumer forum/court and to mention the erring officer, I asked him his full name or employee code based with amazon he told he can’t give anything just the five letter name WAPAS. How should I mention the erring officer? I asked the name of his reporting manager, he said he can’t give that too. I’m amazed.
2. Further, I asked him to forward the call to some senior, post which I was connected to “Milka” who is in escalation desk I presume. I conveyed her, that this is not very high valued product which you are adamant with the same, this is just Rs 645/- atleast you can waive this off or replace it with the one I need since the one which I got is just as useless as pen without an ink. Even its seal is not broken. I asked her the consumer grievance mail ID she said she can’t give, I asked her for Nodal officer email ID, she said she can’t give are you kdding me?
Amazon is consumer eccentric platform, I didn’t expect this will fall very down.
Please help me on this.
