I made an online food order to my home using Zomato on 19. Jan. 2022 at 6.38pm by paying Rs 173.60 /- using UPI payment.
1. Zomato delivery executive asked me to find and visit him else where to get my food. Even though I was ready to assit him he asked me to cancel the order ( call recording available).
2. Attitude issue of the zomato employee was well informed to the zomato customer support but they did not resolve the issue.
3. I was provided with promo coupon for Rs. 75. Which I denied to opt for .
4. My query was kept on transfered and i received the refund of Rs. 142/- only out of Rs 173.60/- after they confirmed the issue was not on my side.
5. Zomato has robbed me for Rs.31.60/- and caused me mental truma while I was starving.
Kindly do the needful and please help me to get me my money back.
I do have the screen shot and call recording of the conversation with zomato.
