7th jan i made order since then swiggy is harassing me i am definitely lodging harassment case against swiggy… i placed order money got debited but order didn’t placed i contacted customer service they said it is there payment gateway failure and ill recieve refund in 5-7 days so i waited for that time i didn’t recieve refund even after waiting.. i contacted them again they said I’ll get refund in few days i again waited but drill didn’t recieve it.. i contacted them on 12th day and now this new guy says they have never received any payment contact source account/bank..like waiting for 12 days now they say they have not received payment so as per there saying i contacted my bank and they sent me mail which shows payment was successful from there end.. i contacted swiggy again and they denying after seeing the mail from bank too that payment not received my bank email my bank statement both says payment was successful.. and best part is while chating with swiggy they don’t even ask or wait for you to respond they close chat and then new person comes and you have to start all over again its been 15 days today and they’re harassing me like this.. i want to lodge harassment case it’s not about money it’s about harassment and fraud with customers they make their cuatomers foool and they keep stealing money like this.. in my past orders too i got missing items issue but they never gave refund or replacement instead a computer statement that we are sorry this will not be repeated again.. please take strict action against this money stealing bastards and making customers harassed and frustrated
