I have order from zomato today at 8.27 pm. It was showing expected time 31 min but I received order after 1 hour (9.23pm) the food was cold. I asked them to take order and refund my money but they have paid me through coupons which I don’t want. They are forcing me to buy again from them as this is not as per consumers rights .
I want my money as a cash
