I’ve received a parcel from AEPL through Shadowfax delivery, which I’ve not ordered from any shopping sites. The tracking ID shows it was ordered on 11/10/2023 at 8:28am, and the parcel was delivered on 16/10/2023 at 12:19pm. I’ve not received any messages about the order being received or shipping. I just got a text from Shadowfax regarding delivery of the product from AEPL. I was expecting a parcel from Flipkart of around the same price hence my mother received it, through cash. I want refund because I’ve never ordered the product from any site or anything known as AEPL. I’ve not known a site namely AEPL until now. And if the company or whatever named AEPL is doing fraudulent activity, kindly provide punishment for the same. I also want website and contact information of AEPL.
