I had a call conversation with your department regarding my purchase oppo K10 and I return oppo reno 6 5g as per your plan Flipkart smartuphrade plan
I returned oppo reno 6 5g as per Flipkart smartupgrade plan and buy oppo K10
As per Smartupgrade plan if you return you mobile no need to pay 30 % of the remaining amount
Today your staff saying I have to pay this much amount
How I will pay this amount if I want to pay this amount you must return back my oppo reno 6 5g then I will pay this amount
Again I raise complaint on 28 nov 2022 nd customer care department said it will be solved on 30 today I saw the issue was solved without any action
Still showing the 30 % of amount which is i no need to pay to Flipkart because I was return my oppo reno 6 5g
This so irritating me and doing bad customer relations from your side if something happened to me you Flipkart and team will be responsible
I want to be clear this issue with in this month
