I purchased a Mortein Mosquito Racquet from Swiggy Instamart yesterday. However, upon receiving and testing the product, I found it to be defective. When I press the button, it automatically starts making a sound, indicating a malfunction.

I immediately contacted customer support regarding this issue, but instead of resolving it, I was asked to send an email. Despite sending the email, I have not received any response or resolution.
