I received an incorrect order and in spite of showing amazon the video proof of unboxing the item they aren’t returning the product.

Order# 402-2576446-4957965 I ordered “Sennheiser XS Lav Mobile Omnidirectional Condenser lavalier microphone” from AMAZON on 28th August 2021, and it got delivered to me on 29th August 2021 but with a different brand microphone “UBON microphone”. I uploaded my video proof while I unboxed it to the customer care along with the image of the wrong item I’ve received, but they told me that the investigation has been done from our side and we came to a conclusion that the product that was delivered to you was correct. Now, I don’t understand where to go and whom to reach out for help, as no one’s taking the side of the customer.
