I ordered some innerwear through a website called Fantasie, where it has an option of cash on delivery, I thought if it real website and seller is genuine he will deliver the item on COD, but I got a text message from Amazon that my packing is ready to ship and a tracking link. I got a call from an Amazon delivery person on Sunday night @ 10:22 pm, Well I just ignored the call since I was sleeping at that time. Then next morning on Monday When I was at work, I got a call from my sister saying that I have a package from Amazon, then I thought the seller sent the product so he is trustworthy. I told my sister to pay the cash of 899/-. Then she opened the package and she called me and said what have you ordered? there is full of used bras and all are torned and smelling very badly!!! I got shocked and asked her pics, when I see its pic, I feel soo bad. I try to contact the delivery guy, he told me you can return it by raising a return request. I tried to email the seller to return the package, but there is no response from him till now. Even i tried to raise a complaint through amazon, they have given a number to contact the seller, I tried to call that number, but it is switched off.
I wonder How these types of sellers are so dared to cheat people.
Also, a request to Amazon, Please verify the product before you dispatch the package to the customer. We trust you Amazon, you caregiving ease of delivery from the seller to the customer, it is a great thing, but we people are getting cheated by this seller, it is not at all good.
Whoever looking at this complaint please take strict action against these types of cheaters.
