Hello, i received a empty box from amazon.in , i placed my order on 29,th of may and received my delivery on 31th of may but when i opened the box it was empty and that time immediately i contact amazon support service they file a investigation forum and told me to wait for 5 days but every time i talked with new customer agent they were giving me totally wrong information that investigation is done or wait till 26th June and other’s told me to contact on 6th of June but nobody helped me with my refund amount iam harassed by amazon.in and the customer support and it affects my mental health , please kindly help me ,
