I have placed an order with Order ID: OD427328829986029100
I ordered a black Allen Solly women’s wallet but, I received a different wallet on the 21st of Feb and I placed a return on the 23rd of Feb
And from then onwards pickup guy came and asked for a black wallet which I did not receive and call the flip kart customer care team many times from 24th Feb when my pickup was refused and till today even after many conversations your team could not help
And the pickup guy comes and asks for the same black wallet which I haven’t received
and every time I talk with the customer care team they will tell me that I will get a call from back end team but I didn’t receive any call till now i.e, 14/03/2023
