I purchased product from amazon , But product is not as per our satisfactory I want to return the product as soon as possible but he has directly denied for return and assigned technician for checking product. But I want to return product.

I purchased product from amazon with order no. # 405-0292900-9669919 Dt 16-Jan-2022 Amt 16999.00. I want to return the product but he has not directly taking back his product he assign a technician for checking product, But this product is not as per my satisfaction.
