I ordered a Paytm POS us machine on 14/04/2022 via order number 17794282118. I have made the payment in full in advance. The expected delivery date of the machine was 02/05/2022.
Whenever I call there call centre for inquiry of my order, some random person pics of the phone and ask me to transfer it to their senior person, then they make me wait for 45 minutes for transferring the call and then cut the call on their own without solving the query.
I tried using the chat support, in which they shift the blames to different departments and not solve the query.
I tried writing an email in which they said you are query will be solved in 2 to 4 days. The query isn’t solved yet and Now they are not replying to my emails also.

I feel this is some kind of a cheating and I want strict actions to be taken against the company, so they would not cheat anyone else again.
