About my data network I complaints to customer care center but told me after 3days of working days they solve the network issue… But now they telling still it’s going processing….. I didn’t understand I paid for 4g data or 2g data? I take annual pack of data now I can’t shift to any another network…. If they take 60 to 90days to solve their network problem what should I do till that days? They ll refund the amount? If I’m not possible to using data what the rest of data remaining to company?
