Text of Complaint by Jyoti:

I purchased a product from Vaku on dated 30April through online payment from Google pay reward

Order Details:

Order ID: VK2600821877

Product Name: Vaku Luxos year buds

Amount Paid: ₹699

Delivery Date: 04/05/2026

As per the company’s published return policy, customers are allowed to request a return within 10 days of delivery. I requested return/refund through their support email/WhatsApp on dated 04 may but no proper response/action has been provided by the company.

Despite repeated communication, the seller has failed to arrange return pickup/refund, causing financial loss and mental harassment.

This act amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.

Therefore, I respectfully request the Hon’ble Commission to direct the opposite party to:

Refund the full amount of ₹699

Arrange return pickup (if required)

Pay compensation for mental harassment

Pay litigation and complaint expenses
