• Sir I ordered a wizpad tablet on bookmytab and made payment to payumoney@hdfcbank. Through bhim upi interface.payumoney payment Id is 329616111. On 30 dec 2020.i raised a ticket with payumoney ticket id:xw 1674026735 when I did not get order confirmation even after 2 days of payment. Payu asked me to contact gupta enterprises initially at help.frankeienterprises@gmail.com but there was no response from them.then payu asked to me to contact issuing bank and raise a dispute issue if the merchant is not providing services.sir I informed them the merchant has not responded but no result.sir today is 6/1/2021 right days after I ordered the product there is no refund.kindly help resolve my issue at the earliest.thank you sir.
