I was ordered western digital blue 1 TB hard drive, model was WD10ZSPZX, august 21st 2021
I was received order today 30/08/2021, afternoon. Evening I was opened my ordered it is another
Model WDC BLACK 7200RPM model was WD10SPSX PC CA710, my laptop was compatible 5400rpm,
And above hard drive not compatible to my laptop. I was call to amazon agent, she tell what you order
It is not available, that’s why seller send the item, its refund to you, they said, it is urgent to me
I don’t want refund, I was waited it for 10 days, they said cancel the item and order again! I don’t wait for more 7 or 10 days for that item, without My request amazon , issued refund and mail to me , before I said I don’t want refund , I want what I ordered. Bill was provided, as per my order, but item was another model 2 items warranty different.
I was suffer for 10 days, my old HDD was damage, I must recover my files, that’s why I ordered hard drive, and they simply say there was no option, refunded! What about my suffering.
also they dont give any bill and warranty details with order.
Below I will provide my order details and received order images and video, also customer care agent recording.
Al ready before once fraud in my Lenovo charger, it was purchased date after 2 months it was not working I was call and chat Lenovo and amazon about charger, they said each one to another , but not solve the issue. Still I had the charger, still also has warranty, amazon was taking screen shots of LENOVO AGENT chatting about charger warranty, but no use. Below I provide all details and mails of my
Order. Please help me.
