At 10:31 pm I ordered my food from Subway using ZOMATO.. the time for delivery was 30 min, after 30 min I called the guy and asked him where is he since his location was very far from restaurant.he told his gps is not working but he is at the restaurant and also he asked whether the amount bus already been paid or not. Payment was done through paytm… After that I got notification that my order has been delivered. I called delivery guy almost 25-30 times he didn’t pick my call… No ZOMATO customer chat response.
