I have ordered for a Bose noise cancellation product and received a cheap china made duplicate product from Xpressbees, I want to return this product which I have received and gave a request to bassguru also. Then I went to Xpressbees to return this product and they are asking me for a return request id. Which I have not received yet. In the policy it has mentioned that’s I have to return this product within three days of receiving it.
