Dear Sir,

I ordered a smart foldable shoe organizer. Order ID #SZ273220.

Today I receive the item, but the quality of the is very poor and also damaged.
A part of the item is broken.
Please check the attached pictures.

The order is delivered by ekart logistics with the tracking ID STLC8000555772.
The order is a cash on delivery order. It means ekart transferring the money as medium. So ekart logistics is familiar with shopperszone.co.in.
