Text of Complaint by Vanshika malik:

I have ordered a cooler from Amazon.in as it was a defected product I returned the product. After returning the product they was supposed to refund my amount in 7 days but they have not refunded the amount and also there is not any satisfactory answer from their side. Their customer care executives make me wait for 2-4 hours and give me another 3 days time to wait for my refund. After calling for more than 100 calls to them there is no answer except to wait for 3 days.
I have made calls for more than 20 days . I haven’t received any refund nor any satisfactory answer from Amazon.
