I Order food from Swiggy (Order ID: 115917261699) on 28-Sept-2021, It was taking long time than expected, hence I cancelled my order. As per Swiggy’s policy they confirmed that I will get my amount refund by 05-Oct-2021. I observed that then have closed my fund request on 05-Oct-2021 but nothing refunded to my account. I checked with my back and they requested me to provide the transaction ID. I asked Swiggy to provide me the transaction ID and then the actual problem started from there.

Hello,

My name is Gaurav Sharma and I am Swiggy’s regular customer since long time back. But I have faced one incidence and due to that I am really very disappointed with Swiggy’s services.

I Order food from Swiggy (Order ID: 115917261699) on 28-Sept-2021, It was taking long time than expected, hence I cancelled my order. As per Swiggy’s policy they confirmed that I will get my amount refund by 05-Oct-2021. I observed that then have closed my fund request on 05-Oct-2021 but nothing refunded to my account. I checked with my back and they requested me to provide the transaction ID. I asked Swiggy to provide me the transaction ID and then the actual problem started from there.

I checked with Swiggy’s customer care executive Manisha on 07-Oct-2021, she said I will provide you the transaction ID but she closed the chat.

I again checked with Swiggy’s customer care executive *Panduchary* on 10-Oct-2021. I spent almost 1hr 30min to make him/her understand that I need transaction ID of the refund. He/She was denning me for everything and keep pasting the same text again and again. He/She was responding to me after 10min of my text and trying to frustrate me so that I can close the chat. He/She was not ready to help me and I waste my 1hr 30min and did not get the transaction ID till now.

If you are Swiggy senior person, I would request you to please atleast see my conversation with Panduchary (Swiggy’s customer care executive) which happened on Sunday 10-Oct-2021 around 7:30 PM. You will see how dump customer care executive you have in your team. I was only disappointed but that customer care executive really make me frustrated.

I want to raise a complaint again that customer care executive, please take the necessary action against him/her and arrange to resolve my problem ASAP.
