Text of Complaint by Dr Yudhbir Singh:

Dear Sir/Madam

I really feeling pain the kind of support system you are providing to customers. I am a very old and active customer of paytm that you can check it from your end from my account.
I made an order on 17th December, 2020, bearing order ID-12356489987 and in this order two items : winter jacket and singer fan delivered on 20th and 21st respectively.
The first item was of wrong size and product is not of the same quality and i made the return request and similarly the Singer fan received ny me was was damage and I made replacement request from my account respectively.
Afterward I waited for few days but nothing has happened and then I raised concern about issue bearing tickets number: 179114373 and 179390158 but to my utter surprise nothing has happened so far and even the issue is still pending and no serious attempt has been made to resolve the issue and force me write to you.
It is pertinent to mentioned that these product required by me for winter purpose and the delay in return absolutely rubbish keeping in view the need of the same.
I hope you will look into this matter and do the needful for early resolution of the matter.
