My order id – 136964812804145
I have placed my order today under Buy 1 Get 1 category which is displayed on there app but one item (Paneer tikka biryani ) is missing in my order and i raised this issue with chat support but they are denying for the help and neither they deliver the product nor raising refund and asking me to write email and after writing email they are doing same on email also denying for refund or product.
I request you to please take strict action against them because they are doing same with many.
