I have bought the product on 19-05-2019 online RED CRATE Mini Ac ( 2) from DIVA DEAL @ Rs.2998.50 through online banking , soon after I purchase I got a message I’m going to get the product within 7 days , but I didn’t get any receipt for the same neither they have delivered the product , the are not responsive on mail and contact number

I have attached my bank statement  for the better understanding
