Hi Sir,
I am Niveditha. I recently migrated from Vodafone to Airtel in month of October-2018. I traveled to Sydney, Australia on November 18th 2019.
So, i used huawei 10 note mobile which supports dual sim. But the phone dint support 4g sim on both slot.
So, Since i was using local Australian number i used the airtel on slot 2 sim. Which never gave me signal.
So, When i want to Bank transfer OTP or password reset . I use to change the slot and use the sim. On 20th May 2019 i got new phone Samsung A70 .
Which supports both 4g slot and when i tried using my airtel my sim did not show any of the signal and when i tried recharging number online it shown number is not valid.
Now, When i tried reaching the Please read the converstaion attached in the email.
The most painful part is they made my father-in-law and Dad got their center in SR COMPLEX OPP M V G BAKERY, VV Rd, Mandya, Karnataka 571401, India. Multiple Times
And Finally said they dnt care and i need to visit them personaly to get the sim .
Then whats the use to this centers when they dont actuallly provide valid service to customer.
And when aperson stays outside India without contacting r inofrming how Come the number is deactivated.Which is linked ot so many daily services theya re using .
If you need money ask us to recharge for whole year and let our service contine.Why you are troubling customers like this ? How can a person staying outside
India can come to India in person . How can they ask for in person visit even after knowing i dont stay in India.
Please take required action against SR COMPLEX OPP M V G BAKERY, VV Rd, Mandya, Karnataka 571401, India By verifying the cctv footage for disrespctiving an senior citizens
and making them to run behind them without the service.
I want my number 9538171708back at any cost. Let me know how ca i get it?
