At the 11:23 A.m i have sent 400rs wrongly to a blocked paytm account and when i realised then i immediately call to the customer care then they told there is nothing we can do because its a merchant account and its all up to that person who have received the amount whether he returns or not. Then i’ve made a lot of effort to meet that person luckily i met him, he gave me his phone to login in his paytm when I opened the app the paytm business app it shows that the account has been blocked, then he shares his side of dark story about paytm, he said he has also been foolish by paytm security before and lost his 50000rs thats the reason he made his account blocked and did not received any compansation. It made me shaken to know his loss, his loss is far greater than mine, then i realise there is nothing i can do.
Because paytm is a very big company, it’s the very reason to write the complaint and it’s my humble request to ask about it to paytm. I have also attached a screenshot regarding the payment
