Hello sir
I have ordered a kent RO order of 1699 Rupees on Amazon by date = 19-Feb-2023
And delivered by 23-Feb But after not working properly so requested for return.
Requested to an agent for return request on 27-March.
Then return generated on 1–march that was failed.
And requested again for pickup then generated on 4-march that was also failed no one came for pick-up and marked as failed.
And after again request generated on 6 march No one came for pickup.
On the second attempt Agent told me that if not succeed then generate Advance refund.
but when i tell about that to next agent then told me that last agent not followed rules.
So then again request generated then refund advance if not picked up.
So now on 7-march after failing of 6-march attempt I generated request for Advance refund they are refusing about any policy.
I wants to claim my refund.
