Issue:
I have raised a replacement request on 30/Mar as i found the delivered product was faulty, no one has come to me to return pickup the product but the courier people updated to amazon that they could not complete the pickup due to “house locked” but this is a false statement because on the same day i have received a delivery by another amazon delivery person.
I have explained this to amazon customer care that the return pickup person(s) are not coming to me to pick the product but updating false statements, the representative from amazon customer care was able to understand my problem and raised a another return and refund request along with “NOC” to its third party courier why the product was not picked.
When i called amazon care again to know the status of the return request, they told me that the return was cancelled without any reasons, and the did not even get update for the NOC they raised to it’s third party delivery partner.
The amazon customer care representative raised another return and refund request along with NOC to it’s deliver partner again on 9/Apr/2022, this is 3rd end of the day still i did not receive any call or nobody showed up from amazon for return pickup.
Whenever i call amazon they keep repeating the NOC and return again and again but no solution.
