Text of Complaint by Priyesh:

I have received an activation of Players Club-60 days pack digital message from VI without my consent.

I have tried multiple times of deactivating this service by sending ‘STOP’ messages to 155223 and requesting it through their app but they say Server down please try later. Because I don’t have much balance I was charged 7₹.

What’s worse is many customers are being fooled like this since they have some balance in there account.
