10th may 2023, I ordered a pair of shoes from flipkart, and it came in 12th may. When I got it, I saw that it was used, so I returned it to your flipkart agent on 19th may. However, I still haven’t heard any update about my return product. The customer service agent only extended the time like 24 -48 hours, but no response or update has arrived.
