I have received a parcel of rupees 275 on 28 may with order I’d number 469174757161_1 with my name and address on it. But I haven’t such order . I called many times to customer care but they said that the order is number is incorrect. I also told them to send this parcel photo of their WhatsApp number if they had any , but they refused to help and said they can’t help unless I provide order number correctly. There is no any platform from where I can complain about this such type of fraud , I want my refund
