I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with Tata CLiQ.

I received my order with the order number
128170003, and to my dismay, the package I received was completely empty. The product I had eagerly anticipated was nowhere to be found in the box. This has left me greatly dissatisfied and concerned about the service quality provided by Tata CLiQ.

In response to this issue, I immediately contacted Tata CLiQ Customer Support and registered a complaint with the reference number [13431899]. I expected a swift resolution to this problem, as any responsible and reputable e-commerce platform would provide. However, to my dismay, my complaint was rejected, and I was informed that the seller claimed to have dispatched the product after a quality check, without any concrete evidence to support their claim.

As a customer who has received an empty box, I am well within my rights to request and expect evidence of the packaging process and verification from the logistics partner to ensure that the product was indeed dispatched as claimed. It is both reasonable and fair to request video proof in this case, as it would help establish transparency and trust in this transaction.

Unfortunately, Tata CLiQ has not provided me with any such evidence, leaving me in a state of frustration and disbelief. The lack of cooperation and transparency from Tata CLiQ in this matter is deeply disappointing, especially considering the trust I had placed in your platform as a valued customer.

I want to emphasize that my intention is not to engage in a dispute but to seek a fair resolution to this issue. I urge you to revisit my complaint, provide the necessary video evidence of the packaging process, and ensure a thorough investigation into what went wrong during this transaction. I expect nothing more than what any customer is entitled to a product in good condition, as promised.

If this matter is not addressed promptly and to my satisfaction, I will have no choice but to pursue further actions, including filing a complaint with the consumer court. Additionally, I will feel compelled to share my unfortunate experience with Tata CLiQ on social media and other platforms to alert other consumers about the challenges I have encountered.
