I have placed an order for AQUAGUARD superb water purifier by seeing the pictures in website RO+UV+UF+TDS in website. But delivered product is UV+UF. I have placed return request multiple times, paytm guys rejected multiple times saying that they have delivered valid product. Atlast when I spoke with customer service, those guys are saying that for advertisement purpose we will keep pictures. It’s kind of fraud paytm is doing for customers, rather than communicating customers and resolving issues in good manner. Paytm is an fraud company.
