I had ordered sofa from Flipkart on 10th August and same was supposed to be delivered by 24th August. But i haven’t received given ordered on the same date and then i called your customer executive they assured me it will be delivered on 28th August then said on 30th August and then 2nd september now 5th September and they are still saying we will we getting it by 8th September but still with no assurance of delivery as it’s just their query solving date.
As discussed with your customer care representatives latest by 3rd Aug, “they were saying we cannot assure you that you will receive your sofa by 8th September as the good has still not shipped but will try to solve your query by 8th September and they were also not able to cancel my order as it was not in their hands.”
here we were hopeless as our money got stuck. As the full payment already done. But I didn’t received it so i kept chasing you Customer executive and they kept me telling we are looking into it but they are not taking my concern seriously as I have already paid the amount and they are telling me to keep on waiting. They are also saying i will receive a call by their end but this never happened single time since beginning, i had to call them each and every time as the given dates were skipped.We have never faced such issue with Flipkart ever in past and now its too much because they are keeping the query solving dates going further and further.
