Text of Complaint by Aniket Anand:

On 01-04-2023 . I was booked a Hotel Room Of Hotel Grand SM Regency In Darbhanga Bihar For the Date 05-04-2023. I was make Partial Amount (30 %) of the Booking.
And I Also asked From the Agoda Booking Executive (Simran) that Is this Appropriate For Unmarried Couple Her answer is in Yes…Then I pay the amount…When I reached on 5th April on Property….They will Deny my Booking and not refunded Yet…I have Contact many Times Agoda Care Executive but they have Not responded Yet…My Payment also Not Refunded…And They Blacklisted My Call and Not responded Properly …
