In this regard I have asked for replacement and they are not accepting my replacement requests and telling that the technician visit is compulsory and it should be completed and he should verify..
Even the tech guys came and told that they have sent the required report but still they haven’t processed my request
When I get in touch with the customer care, they keep on telling me to wait for no reason and they r telling me same stories that seller has to approve and tech visit is a must
