Sir,
I had booked flight tickets( 08 nos.) of economic class for flight no. AI-490(Surat-Delhi) PNR- Z7JGQ Booking ID: NF70144265853668 Dt. 20.05.2020 through Makemytrip. Due to lockdown the flights are cancelled by airline. So, I claimed air tickets refund on 30.12.2020. But my refund is still pending. I was mailed & informed many times to Makemytrip but they do not reply.
Also customer care no. of Makemytrip runs on IVR and the call gets disconnected. There is no way we can talk to any customer executive. The contact no. mention on the website also give you an automated reply.
