Respected Sir/Madam
I would like to inform you that, I lost my phone yesterday with Vodafone Sim my ATM & also my ID Prof . I go to vodafone store Baguihati around 19.25 to block my sim card due to I am not able to connect customer care, They didn’t allow me to enter the store and no body cooperate with me. I am too much help less on that time. Today I go again but they didn’t help me in any way to get my old number sim. I gave a xerox copy of my addhar card along with FIR Copy. The people(Employee) at the store didn’t treat me well they didn’t help and cooperate any way. I walk out the store. In this time i am help less.
