I have just joined in swiggy instamart I.e 3-8-2023 night shift a loader i have worked continuously for 6hrs 10 min after that I have sat for a while I side one of the Asm he told on face don’t come to job from tomorrow and he is very rude to me not even giving respect to employees and one of the employee is also rude to me he shouted on me very rudely and he don’t have sense to behave like this to me on my 1st day of job im very una satisfied and disappointed no respect for labor
