Hi,
I have placed an order to Hidesign using paytm wallet, the order got failed as the amount from my paytm wallet is not received by Hidesign(merchant) but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have placed the order on 15/02/2019 and i have raised the complaint with merchant and paytm both. Merchant has responded over the email saying that the transaction from.paytm got failed and they haven’t received the amount with the screenshots showing the failed transaction. On the other hand paytm guys are not responding to my complaints and everytime I call the customer care they will tell me its been escalated and I will get the update in next 48hrs. Its been 1 month and I haven’t received the amount yet.
