I have done a recharge of 450 on tata sky no (wrong biller) on 22 June by mistake . By other payment apps decline the payment due to wrong biller buy tata sky accept money through google pay payment app google pay customer executive say payment success from our side to tata sky so my question is how tata sky accept money with a wrong subscribe id wrong customer ID whenever other payment app decline the payment. I want to refund my money.g pay not help in this case
