I have complaint regarding the Vodafone network which has been pathetic for so many months for calls connectivity and data usage. I wanted to bring to your notice that i have been a vodafone customer for more than 7-8 years and have never expected this sort of bad network and services ever which is happening with Vodafone at present in India, i have raised my concerns earlier as well, and then i got a msg that we had tried to call you but couldn’t connect so we are closing this ticket. I mean that is just to add on your frustration rather having an intension to work on customers issue. I must say you are pushing your vintage customer who are with you for so many long years to prove that it was my wrong decision. its really a high time that Vodafone should start looking at customer issue seriously or dont say it we are giving you “ Super 4G” . I have a big social circle and the way my network and i am facing challenge with Vodafone services, they are speaking pretty low for vodafone out of the frustration they have to face while interacting with me. This would be my last msg to you to raise my concern or else i will move to other network not willingly but being forced by you.
