i have recharged my sim with 1oo rupees. Firstly, on 5/1/2020 they charged me 21 rupee from my account for ENGLISH SIKHO WEEKLY pack. Then they charged me 49 rupees on 11/1/2020 for Vodafone health service. After that they continuously deducted my balance unless it become zero followed by ‘english sikho weekly pack’ on 12/1/2020, ‘sachin MB pack’ on 12/1/2020. After all these deduction I recharged my sim on 17/1/2020 and they start deduction money from my account. They deducted 3 rupees from my account on 17/1/2020. I called customer care 3 times for asking about invalid deduction, they declined to refund my money and assured me not to happen this again in future. But after 6 mins, I talked to customer care , they again deduct 15 rupees from my account. And still they decline to refund money for wrong deduction.
