I have booked a hotel on the day i booked that , indian government declared cerfew i call the call center girl she talked to me n said we have raised your queries you will not face any problem then i again call the executive n he said yes sir no problem but now i dont get any refund till now they just gave me a cashback which is according to my voucher now i need my money back + the money of my time
