I had ordered from pizza hut through zomato. It was 50% discount on two pizzas. I have selected the two options mentioned in the screenshot. But got delivery of only one. The bill was also showing one pizza however on zomato app it’s clearly mentioned in first choice and second choice that there were two pizzas. First I contacted zomato and after fighting with them for an hour they admitted their mistake and promised to make refund. After that they removed chat history and denying me to pay and making me fool. I request to have a look on it as it might be a small case but they are cheating me and threatening me that I don’t have a right to escalate this concern.
