i have been charged for downloading ppu-game from TELESYNC-SOLUTION which i have never downloaded. Rs. 5 have been deducted from my vodafone account without my concern. I want to file case on company for their frogery.
please help me to fight against this big company which is making hoge profits in crores by deducting 5-10rs from customers.

Same. I got a message this morning that 5 rupees has been deducted for ppu game which I never downloaded.
same i also have been charged. Voda charges me with unecessary VAS also.. when asked to show the history there stupid system is never able to provide details of why they deducted the money. they are just exploiting the customer money.

For ppu_game and using video.
It deducted Rs 10 and then it deducted Rs 15 for using Video.
I never use data on Vodafone sim card.
